Return, refund, and cancellation policy

This document explains how to change, cancel, or request a fair remedy for the kinds of work Quazrelxkriz offers around workplace nutrition and stability habits. The public site may not yet host a full checkout, but when you pay an invoice, these rules give you a transparent baseline, alongside any quote or order form you sign. The “calendar day” line uses your device clock when you open the page.
What this policy covers and what it does not
We offer conversations, on-site or remote workshops, document reviews, and sometimes reusable templates. This policy is about the commercial return of fees or a replacement service when something goes wrong, not about “returning” free advice you already heard. It also does not overrule a signed contract that is stricter or more generous; in that case, the contract is the first place to look.
Advisory and workshop sessions
If you need to move a date, we try to rebook at no cost when you provide at least two full business days of notice, measured from opening hours in the recipient’s time zone. Shorter notice may mean a portion of the fee is retained, because the studio may not refill the block in time. If we cancel a session because of our own unavailability, we will offer a new date and, if you cannot use it, a refund of the unused prepayment for that block. Partial attendance does not, by itself, entitle a full refund, but you can describe the portion that failed to run and we will consider a pro-rata credit in good faith.
Cooling off and the EU and UK picture
When you are a natural person acting for purposes outside a trade, business, craft, or profession, you may be a “consumer” with a fourteen-day right to withdraw from certain off-premises or distance agreements, as described in Directive 2011/83/EU and the implementing law in the country where you live. Services fully performed in that window with your express request can reduce or end the right, as can categories such as a sealed audio recording once opened, where applicable. If a right exists, we refund within fourteen days of a clear notice, using the same payment method if nothing else is agreed, unless you expressly chose a more expensive method; we may then deduct a reasonable extra cost. We are happy to name the statutory text that applies in plain language in your confirmation email, because labels differ between Member States after Brexit as well.
Digital deliverables, templates, and file packs
Custom or semi-custom work
If we build a schedule or poster set for you, a defect might be a file that will not open in the agreed software, a misaligned colour profile, or a fact about your own facility that you listed correctly but we did not import. In those cases, you should tell us within seven days of the delivery email; we will fix or, if that is not practical, offer a store credit. Refunds for bespoke items are the exception, not the default, because hours have already been spent.
Off-the-shelf material
Generic playbooks, if we sell them, may be non-refundable after download, which we will state at checkout, unless local law entitles you to a remedy for non-conformity, in which case you keep those rights. If you are unsure, ask before you pay and we can send a two-page watermarked sample.
Physical goods, printed decks, and kits
If we ever list posters, booklets, or sample tasting kits, the product page will name the return address, return window, who pays the freight, and how we inspect opened versus sealed items. This section will be expanded at that time. Until then, treat physical products as not offered unless a quote or invoice explicitly says otherwise.
Invoices, card payments, and currency
Our quotes may be in euro or the currency your company prefers, but settlement paths depend on the bank or card network. A refund always follows the same rail where possible, but exchange-rate movements between authorisation and refund can create a few units of difference; we are not a currency speculator, and the card scheme rules decide where that small variance sits. Retainers are often non-refundable if we already declined other work, but the invoice will state that in bold when it applies.
Organisations, joint ventures, and the public sector
Businesses may face separate procurement rules, framework agreements, and audit trails. A public school or ministry might need a purchase order even after you accept a private quote, and we can align our numbering with yours if you tell us in time. Nothing in this policy forces us to work without a clear counterparty, and a department that cannot sign may need their central buying unit to be copied from day one to avoid a late cancellation fight.
How to start a return, refund, or good-faith adjustment
Email the studio with a subject that contains “return”, “refund”, or “cancellation” and the invoice number, if you have it. A short list of what you expected, what arrived, and what you already tried, helps us process the matter without a long back-and-forth. We acknowledge within a few business days under normal load and explain the next check. The phone number on the public site is for urgent coordination, not for replacing a written record of a large contract change.
